Siebel DAC version 7.8.2 (as a scheduler) is supported with Informatica version 10.5
- We still have Siebel Data Warehouse Administration Console version 7.8.2 (as a scheduler) with Informatica 9.1.0.
2. What will be upgraded version/Alternate for Siebel DAC?
3. Whether it will supportable if Informatica is upgraded to 10.5?

Siebel Analytics Applications 7.8 was released in 2005.
OBIEE 10g replaced Siebel Analytics in January 2007.
Siebel Analytics Applications 7.9 was released in March 2007.
Your solution is outdated since 15 years by now and all tools contained are no longer officially supported. Please contact Oracle support directly on https://support.oracle.com/

Isn't this just the same as https://community.oracle.com/tech/apps-infra/discussion/4507121/siebal-dac-v7-8-2-is-compatible-with-informatica-version-10-5#latest ?
For your compatibility question, it's generally quite simple: products come with a certification matrix listing what is officially certified or not with it.
If, as Christian said in the other thread, your Siebel DAC 7.8 goes back to 2005 it will be challenging to find it. How about you ask Oracle? Did you raise a SR to ask about compatibility?
I'm apparently not old enough to even know what your Siebel DAC 7.8 is...
I do remember that OBIA 7.9 had a DAC included to orchestrate things (if not wrong, it was .... long time ago). Therefore a possible upgrade path is that Siebel DAC turned into OBIA. The first OBIA 7.9 was with Informatica, later releases with ODI.
You maybe want to get in touch with your Oracle account manager to discuss what upgrade path you have, but if you are on such a old environment like Siebel DAC 7.8 sounds like, it will be painful (that's what you get when skipping over a decade of evolutions).
