error configurating obiee 12c
Hi,
I am intalling obiee 12c and when the installation is traying to configure throws an error and stops the process of installation.
Configure BI Failed with createCA keyFile C:\ORACLE\MIDDLEWARE\Oracle_Home\bi\bin\..\..\user_projects\domains\bi\config\fmwconfig\biconfig\core\ssl\internalca\demoCA\private\cakey.pem does not exist
the exception:

1.) Which exact version of OBIEE is being installed on which exact version of operating system?
2.) I hope you are aware that OBIEE was replaced with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) back in 2020 and OAS alredy had 3 major release since then. You're basing your work on an outdated version of the solution.
3,) If this is urgent, raise a Service Request or hire a consultant. The forums are a public forum where participants freely devote their time to help and grow the community. It's not a platform to get critical work tasks done for free.

I am installing obiee 12c 12.1.3.0. server and the OS windows server 2019 standard edition.
I need this version bacause y client has that version. I am not free to upgrade to OAS.

OBIEE 12c is not expected to work on Microsoft Windows Server 2019 as it's not listed in the certification matrix.

I installed obiee 12c in a windows server 2012 r2 and i have the same error so i am thinking i am doing something wrong.
What i do is:
1) install windows server 2012 r2 in a virtual machine
2) install java (jdk-8u181-windows-x64.exe)
3) install oracle 11g xe database
4) install infraestructure (fmw_12.2.1.3.0_infrastructure.jar)
5) install obiee 12c
6) install repository (RCU)
7) Configure obiee 12c using existing DEV prefix (RCU)
at step 7 is where the the installation throws the error.
please, help!!
