Multiple authorization providers? (i.e. BISQLGroupProvider as well as directory-based?)

OBIEE 11.1.1.7 here...

Configured with the NovellAuthenticator, which also brings in group memberships.

Is it possible to have group memberships coming in from this authenticator AS WELL AS group memberships from the BISQLProvider?

Didn't want to go through the BISQLProvider setup process if this won't be possible.

Thanks,

-John

Looks like you're just asking whether it's possible or not and yes it is ;-)

Thanks! Working through the steps now.

The exact sequence is important. Don't reorder or jump around between the steps or it will bite you.

Yep, going through the doco step by step.

Unfortunately I've hit a wall after configuring the BISQLGroupProvider. Attempting to apply changes results in

Schema Validation Error in config/config.xml see log for details.

The logs aren't forthcoming. About to create an SR but if the community has thoughts, they are appreciated.

    When creating the XML template?

No, it's when I "apply changes" after creating the provider, specifying the SQL queries in the provider config, marking the provider optional, and reordering providers.

I'm not applying changes between each of those steps, just when the documentation says to do it. If there's no harm in applying changes at each step, I may do that to see where the config update fails.
