Enhance export function: Some 5.5 OAD users still experience issues when exporting to

Description

When the 5.5 OAD version was released, some users were able to export projects successfully while others were still experiencing issues (e.g. does not wrap text).

Use Case and Business Need

The only "work around" I currently have is asking another OAD user (whose export function works properly) to please export my projects, which can be inefficient since this ultimately takes up their time as well. That is why it would be great if this functionality worked properly for all OAD users.

Export to PDF today is a client-based operation which is dependent on the user’s screen DPI. The users can try adjusting the printing size to find a layout that looks correct with the PDF export. We are working on a improvement to make this easier but it is not yet available.

Can you please clarify "users can try adjusting the printing size"? So far, we tested adjusting the size of the file when we export it to a PDF (US Letter, A3, Legal, Custom) and that has not worked for us. When we changed it to a different size, the file would essentially look the same with the text either cut off or not wrapped correctly. We tried changing the size while using the Print function as well, and the results were worse as the text quality had a grainier appearance.

Also, what is the ETA for this improvement?

FYI we experience these issues when trying to export to PowerPoint as well.
