Enabling Custom skin and styles in OAC similar to OBIEE12c

Organization Name
Uponor
Description
OAC only supports standard skin and settings available under Manage Themes section would not help us to change the skin/dashboard styles and There is no option/global setting available for enabling custom skin and styles in OAC OM (Autonomous).
Enabling this feature in OAC would help us to apply the formatting (colour, font, back ground colours at report/dashboard level) similar to OBIEE world.
Standard skin does not reflect high readability. Uponor skin is optimized to deliver high contrast and to avoid misinterpretation
Standard skin does not provide global level setting to support branding. Would need to be done separate on repot level.
Moving away from Uponor skin will increase change management effort for migration project and present risk for business adaptation.

Is this mostly about setting a standard theme/colors across Projects in your OAC instance or is it more about what you can and cannot customize in a single Project? Maybe there are two ideas -- a global theme setting and improvements in colors/theming?

I would like IAC to be an open app, allowing us to use tools like JQUERY on top of every page, apply any CSS to any page, and let us develop our own server side scripting.
