Need to extract OAC security provisioning data

We need access to REST API functionality to export OAC (gen 2) security information. I can get the IDCS provisioning of user into groups but there is no way for me to get the detailed security provisioning of groups to OAC roles, including custom roles, data set/project/etc access, BI report and folder access, etc., out of OAC.
Use Case and Business Need
We have very strict security rules. Access is audited frequently. We need to be able to report on the current provisioning to confirm that access is correct.

We do not have access to any methods to export OAC security information.

It looks like there will be a CSV extract available in OAC 5.8:
User and role management enhancements In the Console, the Users and Roles page has been redesigned so it's simple to navigate and easy to use.
You can download membership data for users, groups, and application roles to a comma-delimited (CSV) file. This data is useful for auditing purposes and to find out exactly who has what access.

Well, this is a bit of progress, but I'm not a fan of having to go into the app and click buttons to download data to Excel. I need a way to automate this. I can do this in IDCS, OCI and EPM with the REST API. Why not OAC?
