Usage tracking: user's login/logout event not usable
Organization Name
Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A.
Description
We configured Usage tracking on OAC Classic.
We wanted to see user's login/logouts and session duration.
Use Case and Business Need
Besides query-related information, also session related data like session start/end are desirable.
More details
The initialization block table (where events like "SIGNED ON" and "SIGNED OFF" are stored) we're not able to refer an event to the username:
- user_name is always populated with "BYSsysemUser", since is a technical account that executes the initialization blocks
- session and ecid field cannot be used to link with the logical query table (where we could alternatively get the user name)
We use IDCS.
Is there any way to get this information or is possible to add it?

I've had the same metric of session duration asked of our usage as well.
