We have a dashboard which has DV reports inside it. Now we have to track the performance of that dashboard in which DV reports are included. We are tracking performance for dashboards that are having Analytics reports inside it and now we want the same for DV reports.

Dashboard performance is necessary in order to check whether the report is working fine and taking the time that has to take.

if you have setup Usage Tracking, this functionality is auditing/tracking all logical SQL, which BI Server (core component of OAS/OAC suite) is exectuting - and those logical SQL includes also your DV queries - the only difference is, that they are (in majority of cases) not run against subject area (but they could - DV project can be defined againts Subject Areas as well), but against DV data sets. So you have everything in Usage Tracking, including queries for DV projects - you just need to get them out from Usage Tracking table (S_NQ_ACCT) - thats all...
