Description
Admin users aren't able to see artefacts belonging to other users in DV which is a blocker for the organisation to use DV tool.
Use Case and Business Need
Audit capability to know which users loaded what dataset and what projects have they built is an essential feature without it we aren't able to roll out DV features to wider audience.

Indeed, we need that functionnality too. As a administrator, I need to check which dataset is used by which project for our users community.
Perhaps may we find the answer via the BAR file ...
