Need to be able to change owner for data sets.
Use Case and Business Need
Catalog objects in Classic Home can have owner changed. Same needs to be done for DV Data Sets. we have had people leave and those data sets are essentially locked. we can download and re-upload then change out data set in project; that is only work around.

Reasonable. It may be needed. The administrator or current owner can change. This event should be logged for audit purposes. Don't know if an acknowledgment is needed for both the old (if an admin performed the change) and the new owner.

We must limit the use of dataflows in particular for important work due to that work being lost in the event the owner is not available.

Having this option will allow user to fully manage data set and data flows after the user that created them leaves the company

We need to be able to disable user accounts as they leave the Org for security purposes. With the current setup, we cannot do this without causing metadata errors.

There is a significant risk to reports if ownership or access cannot be changed. If the owner leaves, the reporting can no longer be supported.
