Description (Required):

Currently Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Mann cannot be matched in the built in map layer of ODV

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Our client has branches in these places and would like to be able to access the information pertaining to those places on a map. This cannot happen currently as they cannot be found in the built in map layer.

Enhancement Request / Service Request: SR 3-26379469401 : Map View incorrect country mapping for Isle of Man to Africa and Guernse and Jersey to unmatched. This has been open as a Service request but we would like this to be raised as an Enhancement Request

    Yes some of the Country/City name may not be match or available in Prebuilt Map Layer.

    You can create JSON file which include country/City along with coordinates and upload as Custom Map layer though Console->Map->Custom Map Layers.

    Once done then you can use in your Visualizations by selecting Auto to Custom Map Layer.
