Button or syntax to reset all the filters set on a canvas

Description

We have multiple graph on a canvas for example. One graph is the realization for each cluster, next a graph realization for each location and then some other graphs realization for each age category, month etc..

If you want to go back to the situation before the filter set, you have to go to each graph and click on the white space or you can refresh the total dashboard but could take some time again. So better would be to have a button/syntax or whatever to reset all the filters without the need to load the page again from scratch.

Use Case and Business Need

For a end-user it can be very confusing sometimes which graph(s) filters the total canvas. So they choose to refresh the total page again or search for the graph. There should be a better option to reset the filters again.

More details

There no nice way to reset the filters at the moment.

  • We have received similar request from business users, who moved from OBIEE to OAS and OAC. Their thought process is, if these basic features are available in primitive versions then it should be available in OAC/OAS installations as well.

  • Agreed that this is a pain point. My best solution is to "Revert to Saved" but then you leave whatever canvas you were on and go back to the default one. In OBIEE, I trained my users to use the the "Clear my customization" option. Something like this would be great.

  • This is big pain point for our team, this causes a lot of confusion on how to use these great new drill features.. would love to see this one added!
