Add Auto-Apply Data functionality to data flows

Organization Name (Required - If you are an Oracle Partner, please provide the organization you are logging the idea on behalf of): Oracle-Internal
Description (Required): When building workbooks there is functionality to toggle auto-apply data which allows the queuing of data requests while filtering or constructing visuals. This is a request to add similar functionality when adding/editing steps in a data flow.
Use Case and Business Need (Required): Currently, when adding or editing any step in a data flow the tool re-profiles the data. When adding multiple steps (e.g., adding multiple calculated columns) to a data flow that is using large data sets this can be extremely time consuming. Allowing end users to queue up requests and profile once would save considerable amounts of time.

Hi,
You can turn off the preview table to achieve a similar effect and reduce the refresh time. However, in some cases we have to process the step before in order to have the proper editor for the current step. As an example, if you add a column and following that do a bin/group/other step, we need to make sure the new column is available. Same goes to other transformations, as follow up steps need to represent the state of the dataset at that node. Due to that, don't the same as workbooks is not going to be possible, or will result in usability issues.
