Responsive web design in OBIEE

Hi,

Please share your thoughts on how can we achieve responsive web designing in OBIEE 12c.

When I use the term responsive - I refer to the concept of responsive web design. It refers mostly to layout modifications and interaction element adaptations to ensure users can access and interact with the contents of a webpage regardless of the device they use to access it.

For eg. desktops, laptops, mobile phones etc.

It is called responsive web design when you use CSS and HTML to resize, hide, shrink, enlarge, or move the content to make it look good on any screen.

So you want to change the way OBIEE gets interpreted by web browsers. Well Gianni gave you the answer in another thread. OBI is made to be consumed either via

- HTML5-capable browser

- BIMAD applications

- the bespoke apps for Android and iOS

Yes. But somehow the discussion thread that you have mentioned/referred to is marked as correct ( although it is), and I would like to explore more on possibilities/opportunities on achieving responsive web design in OBIEE.
