If the column data type is a number in rpd and database, why does it convert to a category type in OACS which makes it difficult for calculation, it will be better to show it as a value/measure data
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
We have a client OBIEE RPD and this is happening.

Can you please share some screenshots .

Numeric fields can be either a measure or an attribute/dimension. You can add a calculation in DV to create a measure from an attribute.
