direct link from OAC to Siebel CRM

Description (Required):
Action Links configured within OAC (version 12c) to navigate from OAC to Siebel CRM (IP22.x) gets the error message “The Siebel CRM Server is not currently available.”
Please refer to attached doc containing the screenshots of the current configuration.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
The customer is using Siebel CRM (IP22.x) with integrated OAC reports (iFrame) within Siebel Sales application. The direcct link from Siebel OAC is working fine but the direct link from OAC report back to Siebel application generates the errors message above. Currently no workaround availbale.
This functionality is higly desired and escalated by the customer business department.
Enhancement Request / Service Request:
All details are documented within SR 3-28611911744: Action links to Siebel CRM are not working in OAC. the latest MOS updates states: Development has hence concluded and confirmed that “Navigate to Siebel action link” feature is not supported in OAC.at this moment. You can file an Enhancement Request with Product Management requesting this feature to be made available and they will review the same and consider if feasible in future releases.
