Setup inactive session time out for OAC
Organization Name (Required - If you are an Oracle Partner, please provide the organization you are logging the idea on behalf of):
Oracle
Description (Required):
Neither "inactivity" or "activity" is a factor with regard to the OAC session timeout value.
The session timeout is instead purely a duration in minutes the session is valid for.
Thus the user's session will be timed out after the set expiry value in minutes has been reached regardless of actual user activity or inactivity.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
For security requirement, could OAC set inactive session time out for OAC?

Session timeouts is managed by the identify management system not specific services. In IDCS/IAM there is a way to setup timeout policies. Both offer settings for session timeouts (inactive) and session duration (active).
