Description (Required): Today, at least within OAS, there is no way to star/favorite a workbook from within the workbook itself. Can we add the favorite star toggle icon to the workbook interface (perhaps in the top banner)?

Use Case and Business Need (Required): This will give our users who don't use the catalog as much the ability to favorite a workbook if they're accessing it directly via a URL. Additionally, someone who might have not chosen to favorite a workbook initially might change their mind upon going into it and wouldn't need to exit back to the catalog just to toggle the icon.
