Doughnut Chart is not showing percentage value in Label in Dashboard

Description
I have created the dashboard with doughnut chart and I am able to see the percentage value when i do mouse hover but it is not showing the percentage value in label.
Use Case and Business Need
The customer need is to saw the chart label value in percentage not in decimal. The percentage figure will bring the exact view for end user.
