OBIEE 12c customization parent folders location

Hello,
We have installed OBIEE12c in windows servers 2012.After successful installation process, skin and styles were pointed to ALTA by default.Next, we have migrated 11g .jar file to 12c environments. Now,Home page header section pointed to "ALTA" and other sections pointed to "blafp" skin and style.I want all sections should point to ALTA,we have seen same res folder available in different locations.I am referring the below locations as parent location.
E:\OBIEE12c\user_projects\domains\bi_itrac\servers\bi_server1\tmp\_WL_user\analytics\za01ic\war\res
E:\OBIEE12c\user_projects\domains\bi_itrac\servers\bi_server1\tmp\_WL_user\analytics\eiguw6\war\res
Instanceconfig.xml pointed to ALTA.
Can some help me here
1. How to identify the actual folder location of skin and style folders?
2.Why few images are referring blafp skin and style?
3.What are all the config files need to update?
4.Is there any chance that 11g .jar file migration overwrite the 12c skin and styles?
Thanks,
Prasanna

Hi,
Migration from OBIEE 11g to OBIEE 12c don't affect default skin/style
Change default skin/style It's not a good idea, You can have many problems after that.
It's recommended that you create your custom style
Please review that http://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1221/biee/BIESG/answersconfigset.htm#BIESG9186
Answering your questions...
1 - Your default come from analytics.ear, you must create your custom style to change it according you want (see above link)
2 - Verify your instanceconfig.xml to see which style is calling
3 - All config files are under skin/style folder, but while you don't create yours (custom skin/style) you cant change it
4 - No, this migration doesn't affect that

Hi Prasanna,
Were you able to resolve this? We have the exact same issue.
Thanks

Has anyone been able to resolve this? I have the exact same issue as well. I have even tried to configure custom style sheets after installing patch 22140759 and following Doc ID: 2131220.1 and still have remnants of blafp within my alta style.
Thanks,
Jon

Hi Jon,
Might it be that you've changed the style for you dashboards (in dashboard properties) and those are pointing to "blafp" instead of "Default (Alta)"? I'd have issues with the skin and pointing the dashboards to "Alta", saving them, and then pointing them back to "Default (Alta)" solved my issue.
Did you try cleaning your browser cache?
