Hi,
How do you share your prompt value with your report heading?
Try to use a presentation variable, set that directly on your prompt and then make a custom heading for your report using a narrative view, call your presentation variable usgin this sintax '@{var}{defaults}'
Let me know if it works fine

Hello,
Follow this troubleshooting:
1. First start with the most obviously, ensure you have the same name of your presentation variables for your prompt and for your reports.
2. Enable the "Analyze" option to your dashboards
3. And Setting your Report
3. When you click en "Apply" button, please, click on the "Analyze" report link to check the parameters that are passed in your report.
4. Go to "Criteria Tab", and check the values parameters to pass from prompt to report.
Kind Regards,

I am doing same as you suggested.
my issue is when I update the prompt values and click 'Apply' button most of the times presentation variables are updating in the heading.but around 5-10% times presentation variables are not updating in headings(report values are changing as per updated prompt values)
in this case I am clicking 'Apply' button twice or thrice to get presentation values updated.
ANy one suggest me how can I fix this?

umm its little weird, please, do you have any special filter? I always used presentation variables, with the steps that I gave you. However do you mind to put somescreenshoots of your prompt and your filter in your report, to see what is the real problem.
