Hi
we currently use Oracle Discoverer 11g for real time transactional reporting. We are looking for new reporting tool to migrate Oracle Discoverer reports. My question is whether Oracle BI Cloud Service (OBIEE Cloud) is capable of producing real-time reports like Oracle Discoverer or whether it takes time for refreshing data (1 day etc.). the transactions are done in Oracle EBS 12.1.3.

Hello Syed,
In short, yes. You could achieve near-real time reporting by taking advantage of Oracle BICS DataSync Tool for managing the data-loads, schedules, etc.
You have plenty of options to schedule the loads and set the frequency as well and the best part of this tool is you can easily handle Update Strategy for incremental loads. I am more than happy to provide additional information on this.
