BI Publisher 11g Admin Server does not start after moving from one Windows VM to another VM
Content
Facing issue with starting BI Publisher 11g Admin Server does not start after moving from one Windows VM to another Windows VM. Copied the image from one Windows VM to another keeping same IP Address. Admin server process comes up, but doesn't listen on port 7001
Added all the environment variables in New Windows VM
Any other config changes needed in this situation?

The entire VM was vmotioned. The Windows OS/BI Pub install itself was not touched.
