Deleting records in OBIEE when they're deleted in Siebel

hmm.. Not sure if I follow. I'm fairly new to OBI and data warehousing. My users want the most most accurate information, so if there are agreements or service requests that have been deleted out of Siebel, they don't want reports showing those records. I don't know what would be the best route to go about doing so.

Ok in that case best read up on DWHing theory first. The whole point of a DWH is to collect information over time and keep historical information. If you just reload your whole DWH once a week you lose all that history and only ever have a one-moment picture of the corporation which is pointless.
I'm on a super dodgy wifi so not even sure this post gets through let alone pull together a list of URLs bur google for Kimball design tips and read what he has to say of historization, soft deletes etc.
