How can I change the default report locale, UI language and Timezone in BI Publisher standalone version? I know it is possible to change it when integrated with OBIEE, but I am looking to change this in a standalone installation.

Hello Sherry,

Yes, I'm able to see and change the preferences in the "My Account" link. But our goal is to set this by default for all users and not have to tell them to change their own preferences. In an organisation with hundreds of users it doesn't make sense to tell each one to change their preferences to their local settings.

Do you know if it's possible to do that at the server level? Change only the defaults.

When you login to BI publisher, are you not able to see the "My account" under your username ?
