i go to my service and click into BICS url after that i got this issue (below) :
Did you see something like that ?
Please help me to find root cause and how to fix it .

500 would come for many reasons, mostly server related

We need to know the background of the issue and the status of the instance as well. You might have to consider engaging Oracle Support through an SR if the issue prolongs.
