Hello Everyone,
we have recently purchased Oracle DVCS Licenses. We are normally using the desktop version. But I started to using the cloud version as well. I created a service instance and I am able to do do basics using csv files(<50mb).
Now I am having a few technical problems. I can no longer access my instance. I get the following error:
Basically, I need information on how I can get support. I tried to create an Oracle SR on Oracle support website. But I am not able to find the product, I only see the desktop version.
I went on https://cloud.oracle.com/support but I don’t see support availability for Business Analytics.
I was wondering if anyone here would have advice on how to best get support for this.

Hi Steeve
Please use these steps to create a Service Request(SR) with Oracle Support for DVCS product.
Go to support.oracle.com and sign in.
Click on "Switch to Cloud Support' link on the top right.
Here click on "Create Service Request" button on the Dashboard.
It should launch the following window where you can pick "Service Type" as Oracle Data Visualization Cloud Service and proceed with the populating the required parameters to create a SR with Oracle Support

Thanks Gayathri for the help. Unfortunately, I do not have that option on My Oracle support webpage.
I am wondering if this has to do with the fact that I have separate password for https://cloud.oracle.com/home and the rest of the oracle ecosystem.
I am using my same oracle account email I had for the last 10 years. I use this account to renew oracle licenses on https://shop.oracle.com/apex/f?p=dstore:home:0
To download stuff on https://www.oracle.com/downloads/index.html and https://edelivery.oracle.com/osdc/faces/Home.jspx
To manage Oracle Linux at https://linux.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=101:101:110844452228785:::::

But yet, when I got my first access to Oracle cloud when we have purchased DVCS, my password is different. But It is the same email.
Are you using same oracle email for everything related to oracle including cloud and (otn,shop,support,edelivery)?
