Not able to start BI presentation services

Attaching server and presentation server log.

Hi All,

Need urgent help. Restarting OBIEE presentation services but not able to start. Rest all services are are running fine.


Please check the log attached and suggest if anything I can improve.

    Your log file says:

    State: HY000.  Code: 10058.  [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred.
    [nQSError: 12002] Socket communication error at call=send: (Number=111) Connection refused
    [nQSError: 12008] Unable to connect to port 9706 on machine ssi-biw03.idc.oracle.com.
    

    which seems BI Server is not able to Connect to Database. ping Database server from BI server if db is on different server, and also check db is up and running.
