There is a business requirement to deliver reports directly from BI Publisher to SharePoint. Right now we are using Portal to deliver reports, but few of the users requesting to deliver to SharePoint.
We are using the SharePoint Online tenant not on premise SharePoint. I do not found any article about online sharepoint configuration with BI Publisher.
Please share the details about the configurations need to be changed in BI Publisher or SharePoint to configure online sharepoint by using webdav.

Below is the feedback received from my sharepoint admins.
This document is from 2008 and references SharePoint 2007. You need to look into solutions that reference SharePoint Online, not anything on premise or that has a year associated with it since we do not have any on premise farm here.
Please check the links I sent earlier. If you can post these files to a network share we could explore the possibility of a script to replicate them up, but I cannot commit to that without further discussion.
You could look into coding something with the REST API, but you would need somewhere to have the script executed either within BIP or on a server and an account to upload with.
