Hello.
Can you try to run through the following Diagnostic Support generation?
https://blogs.oracle.com/analyticscloud/4-steps-to-oracle-data-visualization-diagnostics-support
It will help you to find something weird in your installation.
Specially with the Install.log files.
Did this behavior happen with all Projects you open or create?
Cheers.

Hi.
Starting with the basics.
Can you confirm you are running DVD4 at least on this kind of machine?

Memory: 4.00 GB Memory or more
Minimum free disk space: 2GB; plus space for any uploaded data files
User privileges - User needs Admin privileges to install
I can see in your log this entry: (sawlog0.log)
[2017-01-21T15:24:17-02:00] [OBIPS] [WARNING:1] [] [saw.webextensionbase.init.workstationCheck] [ecid: ] [tid: ] [SI-Name: ] [IDD-Name: ] [IDD-GUID: ] [userId: ] WARNING: The Oracle BI Presentation Services server is running on a workstation class machine (Windows XP Professional, Windows 7 Professional etc.). The number of concurrent users may be severely limited by the operating system.[[
It may work fine on a vanilla installation but when you start adding stuff something may break with a bad config.
Did you clear any folder after uninstalling DV?
Cheers.

Hello
Link with logs.zip file https://drive.google.com/file/d/16hN1-obm27Kw-2mbMyTcdehyoEEOhnja/view?usp=sharing
Yes, the behavior is for all Projects. This started after I uploaded plug-ins from Oracle Analytics Store. When I installed DV4 for the first time Works fine. I try re-install but remain the same.
Let me know if you can download the logs.zip
Thanks for help

Hi.
Risky option is to install the plugins on the other machine to see if the problem can be reproduced.
If yes then I recommend opening an SR with Oracle.
It may be even a language issue.
Boa sorte tche.
Cheers.
