Oracle DV- How to create json.config file

Hi

I am trying to create a new maps visualization and pretty much following this document. I am using Desktop DV 12.2.4.

I am stuck at the section where I need to create config.json file.

I am not sure, how to create this config file, though I tried doing it manually however could not make it work so far. There are some attributes such as Center, for which I am not sure what value to enter.

Just to note - I am not yet using Oracle Map Builder. Please suggest if this is something which is mandatory. Since I had my Json files ready with me, and I was using only DV (not OBIEE) so I did not chose to use it. Also I did not see any option in Map Builder to create config.json file.

Please provide any ideas, insights, inputs which might help me in creating my custom maps in Desktop DV.
