How to sync logical column description in different BM

Hi ,

I have multiple Business Model sharing some common dimensions with around 50 attributes each. All the attributes in one of the Business Model has column descriptions.

How do I copy or keep in sync these descriptions for the attributes in all the other business model which share the common dimension

Any response is highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Do you look for a one-shot or more something you can regularly run to keep in sync over time?

    Because I guess there isn't a simple utility doing that ... so it's all about how much is it worth to develop a way to do it ...

    2 options:

    - rename mechanism in the RPD itself

    - convert to text file and regee replace

    Both probably not exactly what you're looking for but there isn't really anything forseen for what you want to do.
