Installer DVDesktop-12.2.4.0.0.exe is not responding on windows 7 64bit system

Hi All,

I have downloaded the latest DVDesktop-12.2.4.0.0 and when I try to install It is not responding, I have checked if it is my system problem in running exe files but it is able to install other executable files, so issue is particular to this file only. Could any one please help me in resolving this issue.

Window 7 SP1 64bit System.

I have exactly the same behavior than Prasad, on my laptop Windows 7 64 bits.

I had the previous version before, and no trouble to install it.

Full admin of my desktop.

FYI, after 15mn after running the installer, the wizard of "DV for desktop" is appeared on my computer.

I have finished the installation without any problem after.

Also, keep calm and wait :-)

Do you have enough space on your machine?

Did you go over the full system requirements?

It could be your IT team has restricted policies on your machine hence you may want to connect with them also to debug further.
