BI Publisher - My Account - Greyed out

Summary
BI Publisher - My Account - Greyed out
Content
Hi,
I am using BI Publisher standalone version 11.1.1.9.0.
Trying to change the Time Zone from Casablanca to EST under my account but it is greyed out. I tried to find out from other discussion but didn't got any help.
I have the following Groups under my account.
BI Administrator Role
BI Author Role
BI Consumer Role
Once I figure this out, I need to change it for all the users.
Could someone please help me out with this issue. I would greatly appreciate.
Thanking you for your help in advance.

I might assume you we have to change security attributes at security model , what is security setup ?

Hi Rama,
Did you test with different users and on different browsers? Also what is the security model?

Sorry for taking that long, I tired to find the security model but couldn't.
I am a newbiee in BI Publisher, do I need to ask someone or is it available in somewhere in server?
Thanking you,
Rama

My bad as I told I am newbiee. I don't know why the client has OBIEE in the first place when they are not using it at all.
It really works when I changed it in Analytics under My Account and BI Publisher Preference.
Instead of providing the same solution to each and every user, is there someplace in BI Server where we can change for good and it will reflect for all users in xmlp server http://your_server_host:9704/xmlpserver ?
Thank you,

So you have to configure default Time zone for server level and it will reflects for every user So for the example of Pacific Time, add the following entries in instanceconfig.xml: 0(GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada); Tijuana(GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada); Tijuana(GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada); Tijuana This applies to BI Publisher as well. BI Publisher preferences page inherits the OBIEE settings. https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/bi.1111/e10541/configtimezones.htm#BIESG121 please Take a backup of instanceconfig.xml before making changes and obiee administrator will do this task. Thanks

I don't know why the client has OBIEE in the first place when they are not using it at all. OBIEE is enterprise edition , if we buy OBIEE and BIP is free , so we can use both obiee and BIp together or alone and much more advantages having 2 applications. Thanks

I have seen conflicting information about globally changing timezone for BI publisher 11g. But you can take a look at the following support documents for details. Basically changing the default timezone for OBIEE should get inherited to BI publisher.
Oracle Support Document 1535751.1 (OBIEE 11g: How to Set the Default Time Zone)
Oracle Support Document 2071158.1 (Unable To Change Time Zone In User Preferences/Globally In OBIEE 11G for BIP)
Or this document where it shows how to set default timezone for OBIEE.
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E28280_01/bi.1111/e10541/configtimezones.htm#BIESG121
Edit: I see that Venkat has provided similar suggestion. I was still editing my post and didn't see his update.

Ok Rama, so yours is not a standalone BI publisher as you originally stated. And as mentioned in the document you will be able to see a similar 'My account' under your username when you login to the OBIEE url. And this screen will have option to set BI publisher preferences. The URL looks like this
