I am keen to publish my Dashboard to the Cloud to share with a small team of Oracle employees, privately. What's the process for getting an account in order to publish a visualization to the Cloud, enabling the viewer to interact with it in a controlled way. Packaging the .dva is ok but not something which will scale well.

The process to get a cloud account?

Go to https://cloud.oracle.com/home  and keep your credit card ready ...

If it's for support reasons etc. ask them in the SR you are working on or privately.
