Pie chart: no number format and topN yields odd legend

Summary
Pie chart: no number format and topN yields odd legend
Content
Hi,
We're using the online version of Visual Analyzer 12c.
We created a simple pie chart with one fact and one filter.
Then we added a TopN calculation: TOPN("Total number of incidents", 5).
The only way to obtain the correct results is to have the total number(fact) in the values, the device name (filter) in category and have the topN define the color.
The problem is that the legend now shows the topN, one to five, where I would like it to show the filter "device name" of course.
Only workaround I can see is to select "Value and label" for the "Data values" option but that's not quite the same.
Second issue is that it seems impossible to show the actual numbers in stead of the percentages.
Even selecting "no decimals" makes no difference.
I saw there was another, unanswered question on this so I'm afraid that's just not possible.
Thanks!
Dries

Hi Dries,
You can download the latest DV for Desktop (currently 4.1), it will give you a good indication as to what is coming, it is 90% identical to what will become available in 12.2.1.4. There are also youtube videos on what is new in Data Visualization v4 that are also relevant (although few items might not be included).
- Export entire projects to DVA files is going to be available, In respect to CSV, you can download an entire data set or a single visualization to CSV, which I believe is already available in your release.
- You can share the project or components of the project with viewers which will not get all the editing capabilities.

Hi Gabby,
That's exactly what we need, thanks.
Sorry to go slightly off topic but you seem to know what changes are coming up.
Do you have any idea if the export options will be expanded for the online version?
I believe it's already possible to export an entire project in the desktop and cloud version, right?
We can only export a single visualization to .csv at the moment.
Also will it be possible to hide the edit buttons so we can show the project to the customer in an i-frame without giving them the option to completely change the project. Cause that remains the case even when you embed the project in a dashboard.
If you'd like me to open a different thread for these, no problem.
Can I check which feature requests have been submitted and which are coming up (for our version)?
Thanks a lot!
Dries

Hi Dries,
I will check what is possible on 12c, but both requests were addressed in future releases (not sure exactly when each came).
1) Simply define TopN as the filter type
2) Change the presentation of the data label on the slices
These capabilities will be available soon in OBI 12c. As stated, I will check what might be possible with the release that you currently run.
Regards,
Gabby
