Deploy BI reports from External Tool

Can we deploy BI Reports in Oracle cloud from External Tool ? Is there any API that we can use to deploy the reports externally to BI Server?

What "reports" are you talking about and in which tool?
A report is generally a BI Publisher report, while in OAC DV / OBIEE Answers it would be called an analysis.

Exact requirement is that we want to migrate BI reports from Dev SaaS to UAT/PROD SaaS through DevCS. is that possible?

"migrate BI reports" : this doesn't mean anything.
So you mean OBIEE analysis or BI Publisher reports?
Bi Publisher reports, which we create directly in SaaS
Deploy does not mean migrate and vice versa.
What do you mean by "external tool" from which tool to which tool are you trying to go? From which version to which version?
If you aren't precise you can't be helped in any meaningful way.

what we are trying to achieve is Continuous integration, we are able to leverage DevCS to deploy SOA application into SOAServer. that is as soon as code gets check in into the GIT repository, it gets automatically deployed to weblogic server. Similarly we want to achieve for reports. Once the reports gets completed we need some mechanism to migrate it automatically to higher instance, INT or PRD(Saas), could you please suggest anyway by which this can be achieve?
Anyone has any idea why the OAC documentation on custom viz is not available now? I was able to access till last week - https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/analytics-cloud/acsdv/build-package-extension.html. Does this mean OAC doesnt support custom viz or custom workbook extensions?
Does Oracle Analytics Server 2026 include AI features such as a built-in chatbot or AI Assistant? If not, are there any plans or indications that these AI capabilities will be introduced in a future OAS release?
