Hello Abdelrahman,
DV content is saved as 'Projects' which can contain many 'Canvases' (bottom page tabs). Just to make sure I understand your question, the word 'Dashboards' is used for dashboards built in legacy OAC (formerly OBIEE and Answers, but now a large component of OAC).
- DV canvases can be embedded into OAC Dashboards, and dashboards can be granted granular visibility to various users at a very detail level using permissionning in OAC. A single dashboard can have parts of it being visible to some role, and parts of it to other roles.
- if not embedded in Dashboards, content from DV projects can also be permissioned at the project level to be seen by different persons or roles. That is, a single project (all its canvases) can fully be seen by selected users or roles. You can configure this by choosing the inspect option in the right click menu of any project, there you will see a permissions tab where you can allocate visibility/editability. Note that permissioning only works when your project is saved under shared-folders.
hope that helps
Philippe
