Not sure if this is the correct forum.
I have created data visualization trial service which is stuck in initialized state:

I'm an oracle employee so customer support is saying you're not a customer go away....

Is that the new DV? I.e. pure Oracle-managed? Or is that still a customer-managed one?
If the former then their response is even more funny because you have zero options to do anything. Literally.
If the latter then you may at least e able to SSH into the underlying Linux. Is that an option?

So just to close the loop here. I wasn't aware that a trial needed prior authorization before I started it. So I went down the rabbit hole of getting support for it and gave up. That was back in 2017 (I was working on a side project visualizing metrics gathered from internal QA test frameworks). Eventually I get pulled off on other higher priority projects...
Fast forward to 2019 and I have another need for visualizing metrics. So I think, hey, let me get that DVCS trial going finally.....and that lead to the above post.
My ultimate solution came when I found Alan Lee's contact info in this forum and reached out to him directly. He was able to unwedge my order and activate it..
