Which version of OBIEE (11.1.1.x ... x can be 4 different numbers) are you trying to download and for which OS exactly? (32bits doesn't mean anything in the end without the OS ...)

Only 11.1.1.9 OBIEE and 11.1.1.10 OBIA can be downloaded here. For older versions you'll have to go through edelivery.oracle.com

It's important to note that you can't get 11.1.1.9 in Windows 32bit as the support for the 32bit has been dropped.
So for the OBIEE install on a Windows 32bit you must stay on the older 11.1.1.7.
As of 11.1.1.9 there is no more 32bit as all release notes and documentation very clearly states.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
