    Hi Sébastien

    If using Oracle Data Visualization Desktop try to run a diagnostic and check the logs.

    This is how you get them

    Check the log file "obis1-diagnostics.log" for more details.

    Thank you Fernando for providing this information.

    I could generate a log but .zip cannot be extracted! I will try reinstalling DVD. However my colleague has the same error with a fresh install.

    As explained in original topic the error message in happening in all environments: DVD and cloud (trial and partner demo environment).

    So I confirm that the problem is coming with DVD version 5.4 as version 5.3 (12.2.5.3.0) is working correctly.
