After logged in to OACS when navigated to "Change Password", I get "Feature not supported. This feature is not currently supported on this platform" error message. Is there a missing setup?

OAC users are managed via the Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), You need to use that to change your password or ask your administrator. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/get-started/subscriptions-cloud/csgsg/manage-your-passwords.html

You need to change from the IDCS console as IDCS is integrated for SSO.
