Our database, VM DB System Standard2.1, experienced a significant change on its records and it isn't being reflected upon our OAC workbooks. It has been attempted to refresh the datasets, change them from caching to live, closing cursors from query cache and turning caching off in the system settings all with similar results.
Is there any other options or what can be done?

Assuming you are using a dataset, to trouble shoot, I would create a new dataset from the tables and see if that has the old information. If it does, then it is likely something in the DB. IF that does work -- it is not clear when Live would not get the latest information. Be sure all tables in the dataset are set to live.
