The tool 'OracleBIOffice.exe' is not available after R12 upgrade

We are not able to install OracleBIOffice.exe tool after R12 upgrade from the EPM Workspace as error message is returned.   Kindly help us in this regard as we have to build OTBI  report on smartview

    We raised an SR and replied that 'In order to download the Oracle Business Intelligence for Microsoft Office client package users should do so through BI Answers (using the /analytics URL).'

    We tried both /analytics/OracleBIOffice.exe and /analytics/client/OracleBIOffice.exe without any luck (Error 404--Not Found)

    How can we get OracleBIOffice.exe file?
