OTBI report shows records in two lines

Dear ,

I created on otbi report and its data is fine but issue its split data in two lines when i pivot why its happening

For example

i have leaves work from anywhere in June July Aug Sep so it should show absences in one row but you can see in picture it is showing absences in two line please guide me how to resolve this issue

    Is there any additional column in the criteria, which is part of the pivot table, but, is hidden?

    Also, has the aggregation rule been set to sum for the metrics "absences"?

    Yes Accrual Plan name is hidden but issue is when i removed Plan name my Leave allowances is showing wrong but when i put Plan name all data is correct but showing in two lines

    Is the value of the accrual plan different? If yes, that is why it is being split into 2 rows.

    Could you try below -

    Include the Accrual Plan column in the Criteria. Do not hide the column. Just exclude the column from the Pivot table. Then check if you get correct values.

    yes i excluded the column in pivot table for this two lines issue resolved but my leave allowances is showing wrong

    Check some Accrual plan is blank why it is blank and how we put value in it ? is there any setup or process we have to run to fill this blank?
