Hi,

We have special scenario. We are storing Shop number ,Start Date and End Date.

we received requirement from user to represent Shop number based on its Start date and End Data month by month in Pivot table. Example if Shop A-04 Start Date is 1 may 2014  and End date is 31 Jul 2014 then we have to fill Pivot table Cells for Month of May, Jun and July and rest cells blank. Please share your expert view on this. Thanks

Current Data:

A-045/1/20147/31/2014

I think you can achieve this by conditional formatting on month column cased on your shop number column.

    Hi Rama,

Thanks problem here to distribute Months between Start Date & End Date.

How to identify how to plot for ever month by checking its start date and end date.

    Regards
