Our customer is also looking for this functionality. This would be very helpful to track the changes made to permission in the OTBI folders by any users.

This is a very basic business need to report permissions and roles associated with the BI Publisher Catalog objects. Oracle should provide either with OTBI subject area or provide a DB table.
