Track modification history of BI Publisher Reports

Hi,
I tried executing the Audit reports provided to me for tracking changes to the BI Publisher modification history but couldn't find the changes that we wanted to track. Will you please provide us the audit hostory of what caused the modification date to change on the attached report in our instance (egjg).
