is there a way to migrate the OTBI dashboard and associated/linked dashboard prompts and analyses to another folder without relinking all the dashboard prompts and analyses in the new folder to the dashboard in the new folder ?

if you maintain the same folder structure in your target environment, there is no need to re-point.

Navigate to BI > Open the folders containing the reports and prompts > click on More Archive > Select both check-boxes Keep Timestamps, Keep Permissions> Click on OK.

This will generate the ARCHIVE catalog file, now Unarchive the same in the required location
