Performance Tile not working with Percentajes

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem trying to display a performance Tile in obiee.

I'm reporting a total percentage but is seems that the performance tile object does't work with Percentajes.

Here is an image for you to see the problem.

I'm using the same metric in the grid above, but the performance tile just show 0%.

Any suggestions?

    Please confirm version of obiee you are using?

    was it worked before?

    Share the screenshot of my account ,preference to see locale for which the issue was reproduced?

    what is the calculation performed for D% column to get (2.6%)

    when the locale is changed to english ,is the performance tile shows correct value?Please share your observations

    In addition to above,If we remove tabular view and refresh it ,what is the data showing on performance tile

    please also share physical query from Administration->Manage sessions
